Isabella at 4 months!!

Height: 24 inches (37%) Weight: 14 pounds, 10 ounces (70%). Pretty much dead even with Olivia at this age. Short and chubby. That's my kiddos!! At 4 months, Miss Bella started rolling over. She's sleeping 12 hours at night. AMAZING! We left her with Millie and Tony while Jim and I went to Napa and she took a bottle with formula without any problems and slept through the night every single night for Nanna. She has also discovered her toes and loves playing with them.

Going on a date night with mommy and daddy. Cole and Olivia were with N &N.

Pretty much how I feel on some days around here!

Why???

Can someone please tell me why my almost 4 year old would wake up from her perfectly comfortable bed and come into our room and make a decision to go back to sleep on our vacuum? I know these pictures aren't really clear but it was after 11:00 and the lights were all out. Jim and I head upstairs to go to bed and find her laying here sound asleep. And what the pictures don't show was that she was lying right next to the couches in our room. But did she choose them to sleep on? Of course not! I don't think people believe me when I say that my daughter will literally fall asleep in a different spot each night and we never know where we are going to find her. So here's the evidence!!

Camping with the Cukjati's

We went camping to Rollins Lake in July with our friends and neighbors, the Cukjati's. We rented cabins right next to each other and the kids had a great time riding their bikes, collecting sticks and playing around the campsite. It always amazes me how entertained little ones are when we go camping. Izzy did awesome and was able to sleep really well at night and take her naps during the day. We enjoyed some yummy food and some yummy cocktails. Thanks for another great trip Cukjati's.

So after we decided we had had enough of the dirt and the WT at the lake, we headed
home to the Cukjati's pool for a very refreshing dip in their pool!!

Just Because......

This will give you a good laugh! Jim found this site called "yearbook yourself", where you can upload a picture and then pick the year you graduated and it "morphs" you into the era. Well here are some snap shots of our kids that should bring a smile to your face!!

Happy Birthday Jim

Jim turned 36 this year! (shhh don't tell anyone :-) The kids were gone camping with Millie and Tony on his actual birthday so we had a nice and quiet celebration in the morning. I made him breakfast in bed and it was just the two of us (plus Izzy). The kids came home later that day and we went out to dinner at BJ's with his Mom and Dad. I made him is favorite pie - Banana Creme, so after dinner we came home for dessert and to open presents. Happy Birthday Jim! We love you!
